The trail ride on march 20 was a success! We ended up with 30 riders! It was a combined group of riders from HQHA, HIDEA,Hilo 4-H and HPA It was a typical Waimea day...wind,rain,sun...you name it,we had it! The ride took us up into the hills behind HPA and wow, is it pretty up there! The climb up through the pasture offered a great view of Waimea and the Kohala coast. And once up at the top we entered the peaceful Ohia forest. it was nice talking with riders from other club and I believe that everyone had a good time!
